When HarperCollins came to OJ with this book deal, he thought it best to start a dummy corporation called: Lorraine Brooke Associates to funnel the money. It’s clear from the attached that everyone (including the kids) knew about this book an stood to benefit from it.
After HarperCollins nixed the deal with OJ and the Goldman’s started to come after him for the book, OJ plunged the corporation into bankruptcy (I’ll post the bankruptcy docs shortly). In any case, this loser got away with $667,000 in the advance Harper paid him. Wait till you see how much is left from that amount.
