Why Denise Brown’s claims don’t make sense

Here’s another view on the matter of Denise insisting that her family was forced to file for a piece of the book. She insists that if they didn’t do it, the kids (Sydney and Justin) could file a claim against Lou (their grandfather and executor of the estate of Nicole Brown Simpson). This is from an attorney close to the case who does not wish to be identified: “Denise has said that the kids could sue Lou if he didn’t file claims. But if that’s true, then kids already have a claim against Lou.   Because their state court request in April asking for 50 percent was denied because Lou and/or his lawyers negligently failed to properly renew their judgment.”

Here are copies of the checks written from Lorraine Brooke to OJ Simpson and signed by him. Let’s hope he spends this loot before he goes to the slammer.

The Money Trail

So here’s the first of two court docs that will show what Simpson was paid for this book. The next posting will show the checks he got and endorsed and (no doubt) spent.

More proof (like we even need it at this point)

I’m thinking that if Dr. Carole Lieberman had been questioned during the OJ trial he might actually be behind bars. More insightful stuff from the doctor. Can you believe anyone will still date this loser???

Dr. Lieberman’s bio is at the end of this posting:

**************

The primary motive for O.J. killing Nicole was his feeling as though she had finally abandoned him forever. At the ballet recital, he realized there was no hope left. This resurrected his repressed rage at being abandoned by his mother when he was a little boy, after his parents divorced and his mom had no time for him, because of her having to care for his younger sibling and having to work long hours.

Another unconscious motive for killing Nicole was his fantasy that if he got rid of her, he could replace her with his girlfriend, Paula, as his wife and mother of his children. “Paula was looking to settle down and start making babies, and I was done with that part of my life.” He feared that once Paula realized he didn’t want more children, she would abandon him, too. So he tried to quickly replace her with a cheerleader he once knew.

This was O.J.’s m.o. As soon as he sensed that he was about to be abandoned by a woman, he panicked and looked for the nearest substitute. This is how he met Nicole. After realizing that his first wife was calling it quits, he went out to breakfast where his waitress happened to be Nicole. He quickly jumped into a relationship with her, so that he could replace his wife as the woman in his life. Then he replaced Nicole with Paula, and was trying to replace Paula – just in case – with an ex-cheerleader. Women were interchangeable for O.J. – as long as they were there for him to meet his every whim!

About Dr. Lieberman: If anyone can analyze O.J., it’s Dr. Carole Lieberman. As the case unfolded, she was the trial analyst for E!, and a frequent commentator on other broadcast and cable news outlets, as well as on radio and in print. In her best-selling book, Bad Boys: Why We Love Them, How to Live with Them and When to Leave Them, O.J. exemplified the Prince of Darkness type whose possessive jealousy would end in – sometimes fatal – violence. And, when Dr. Lieberman visited the L.A. County Jail to perform a forensic evaluation of another inmate, she got to observe O.J. first-hand.

Justice?

It’s high time he got what he deserves. OJ’s been arrested in connection with the armed robbery on Thursday night in Vegas. We here at The Revealer Blog are cheering. Let’s hope he stays behind bars. I hear the golfing there sucks, OJ but maybe you can finally find a date.

Here’s the CNN story on this:

Viva Las Vegas

Will Simpson do time? Well, let’s hope so. Ironic isn’t it? Simpson went scott free for committing murder but might go to jail for armed robbery. Well, if it was good enough for Al Capone it’s good enough for this loser.

Oh and by the way, Mr. Simpson thanks for all the attention you gave yourself. The book: If I Did It is #1 on Amazon and preparing to break through on the NY Times Bestseller List. All thanks to you.

Someone should tell Mr. Clueless he’s no longer going to profit from this book. Apparently he didn’t get the memo.

Check out the NY Post piece on this.

The Las Vegas Incident analyzed

Dr Lieberman has taken the time to analyze OJ’s recent actions in Las Vegas. Here’s what she’s come up with:

O.J. in Trouble on Day Book Released – “No coincidence” says psychiatrist!

Will O.J.’s psychopathology ever end? Not according to well known Forensic Psychiatrist, Dr. Carole Lieberman, who concludes that his latest brush with the law in Las Vegas – on the same day that If I Did It was released – is “No coincidence! O.J.’s m.o. is his need to be in control of everyone at all times. Unconsciously he became embroiled in allegedly breaking into a casino hotel room to wrest control of the news about him away from the Goldman’s book promotion – and onto himself on his terms.”

Dr. Lieberman, who has called If I Did I “a petri dish crawling with psychopathology,” explains, “The soaring sales of the book have angered O.J. because he feels gipped out of royalties which he had once expected,” until a judge awarded the rights to the Goldmans. “O.J. felt powerful and in control as long as he was able to keep money out of his victims’ families’ hands, despite the long-standing judgment in their favor. Just like a little child, who cries over his toy being taken away, goes after someone else’s toy to retaliate, O.J. (allegedly) stole his sports memorabilia from someone else.” She adds, “It is also a manifestation of his unconscious guilt that has driven him into police questioning – and potential arrest – for a crime, at the moment the book is telling the world that he is guilty of murder.”

If anyone can analyze O.J., it’s Dr. County Jail to perform a forensic evaluation of another inmate, she got to observe O.J. first-hand.

OJ and his Las Vegas Act

Well some people just can’t stay out of the spotlight, even if it’s for an insanely stupid thing like trying to steal your own memorabilia from a casino. Check this out – can someone please arrest this loser?????

What happens in Vegas doesn’t always stay in Vegas.

OJ Simpson “If I Did It”

CNN news update. Read all about it – and yes, there was a case of books in the stash.

*********************************

Sources say OJ Simpson and five other men barged into a hotel room last night, and at gunpoint, took various memorabilia once owned by Simpson.

It happened at the Palace Station Hotel last night at around 7:15. Alfred Beardsley, a memorabilia dealer, had secured various items once owned by Simpson. Beardsley has said he had the suit OJ wore the day he was acquitted of murder.

Beardsley tells TMZ he had arranged to meet with someone last night who was interested in buying the suit and other Simpson memorabilia. Beardsley says the man was actually a member of Simpson’s crew. He says the men stormed the room, two of them had guns drawn.

Beardsley says the men claimed to be police officers. OJ and others demanded that Beardsley and two other men surrender their cell phones. Beardsley refused to do so. Beardsley says the group stole every piece of memorabilia in the room, including items signed by Joe Montana. They also took a case of never-released leather books of Simpson’s book, “I Want to Tell You.”

Beardsley says he made a 911 call, and cops subsequently obtained a search warrant for the room. CSI investigators took Beardsley’s phone and took DNA samples and photos of his body. Beardsley says one of the guys roughed him up.

Cops tell us Simpson was question but not placed in custody. There is an active robbery investigation underway.

So readers, what do you think? Feel free to comment. Tell me I suck, whatever. You have a voice. Let it be heard.
